Co-director documentary Trust in the Blockchain Society, the first smartphone-documentary (TrustBlockchainSociety.com) Francesco Degl’Innocenti is a designer with a past in advertising and engineering. After working with architecture firms in Spain, China, Denmark and Italy, he is currently Editor at Volume Magazine. Keen on exploring trans-media dimensions of space, during his master he initiated a research unit between architecture and interaction design. He did a career detour in Foodtech, co-founding a start-up incubated by Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship.

SKROZ, Ivana Žalac (HR)
Ivana Žalac was a co-founder and active member of Studio Skroz in the early years. She is particularly known for her projects that focus on urban context, sustainability, and modular construction. Her work spans a wide range – from residential and commercial buildings to urban plans and research-based architectural concepts. During this period, the studio became known for competitive projects and research topics, often with an emphasis on the social and cultural aspects of the space. Later, Ivana moved to the Netherlands where she joined the studio de Architekten Cie., but the principles she developed in Skroz continued to influence her work.

SO? Sevince Bayrak and Oral Goktas (TUR)
Sevince Bayrak is an Istanbul‑based architect, educator, and researcher. She co‑founded SO? Architecture and Ideas in 2007 alongside Oral Göktaş, following her academic formation at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in 2005, Master’s in 2009, and Ph.D. in Architectural Design in 2014.
Oral Göktaş is a prominent Turkish architect, educator, and co‑founder of the Istanbul‑based studio SO? Architecture and Ideas, which he launched in 2007 alongside Sevince Bayrak. He earned both his Bachelor’s (2005) and Master’s (2009) degrees in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University (ITU). Following his academic training, he and Sevince Bayrak established SO?, growing it into a multidisciplinary firm engaging in research, installations, architectural projects, and curatorial work.

ATELIER BOW WOW, Momoyo Kaijima (JAP)
Momoyo Kaijima, born in 1969 in Shinjuku, Tokyo, founded Atelier Bow-Wow in 1992 with her colleague Yoshiharu Tsukamoto, with whom she began collaborating during her studies. They focus on housing projects in densely populated urban areas, often creating small, interstitial structures on minimal plots in Tokyo and other cities. She is the 2022 Wolf Prize in Architecture winner, along with Tsukamoto – the third woman ever to receive the prestigious award. Momoyo Kaijima builds her architecture on the idea that architecture should observe how people live, struggle, and create in the urban fabric. Through this process, Atelier Bow-Wow seeks to intimately understand the relationships between residents, objects, rooms, and the built environment, which influence their domestic spaces.

DEMOGO, Simone Gobbo (IT)
Simone Gobbo is an Italian architect and co-founder of DEMOGO Studio, a practice based in Venice and Treviso. He studied architecture at the Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia (IUAV), where he developed an interest in the intersection of architecture, urbanism, and contemporary culture. Through DEMOGO, founded together with Alberto Basaglia and Andrea Brega, Gobbo has worked on projects ranging from public spaces and installations to residential and cultural buildings, often characterized by a playful yet thoughtful approach to form, material, and context. Alongside practice, he has been active in teaching and participating in architectural exhibitions and workshops, contributing to discussions about design as a social and cultural act.

OMA, Reinier de Graaf (NL)
Reinier de Graaf joined OMA in 1996. He is responsible for building and masterplanning projects in Europe and the Middle East, including Al Daayan Health District in Doha, Norra Tornen in Stockholm (completed 2020), the nhow RAI Hotel in Amsterdam (completed 2020), Holland Green in London (completed 2016), Timmerhuis in Rotterdam (completed 2015), G-Star Headquarters in Amsterdam (completed 2014) and De Rotterdam (completed 2013). In 2002, he co-founded AMO, the think tank of OMA, and produced The Image of Europe, an exhibition illustrating the history of the European Union. De Graaf has worked extensively in Moscow, overseeing OMA’s proposal to design the masterplan for the Skolkovo Centre for Innovation, the ‘Russian Silicon Valley’, and leading a consortium which proposed a development concept for the Moscow Agglomeration, an urban plan for Greater Moscow.

RENZO PIANO BUILDING WORKSHOP, Emanuela Baglietto (IT)
Emanuela joined the Workshop in 1988 and became Partner in 1997. She has led many completed projects in Europe and in the USA, including the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas, the expansion of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, the Astrup Fearnley Museum in Oslo, and the Centro Botín in Santander.
She has been Partner in Charge of numerous projects and competitions, including the acclaimed Istanbul Modern Museum, completed in 2023. Emanuela studied at the Genoa School of Architecture. She is currently in charge of One Sydney Harbour, a major residential project in Sydney, and the rebuilding of the Pilots’ Control Tower in the Port of Genoa.

PARCNOUVEAU, Carolina Pelosato (IT)
Carolina Pelosato is an Italian landscape architect known for her sensitive, innovative, and ecologically driven approach to design. Her work bridges botany, architecture, and art, and she is a partner at the Milan-based studio Parcnouveau, where she leads and collaborates on complex landscape projects across Europe. She studied Landscape Architecture through the inter-university program of Genoa, Milan, and Turin, which offered a multidisciplinary education combining ecological sciences, architectural theory, and design practice. Her studies focused on understanding the relationship between living systems and built environments, as well as urban regeneration and post-industrial landscapes.

STUDIO 4 PLUS ARCHITECTS, Saša Čvoro (BIH)
Saša Čvoro is a Banja Luka–based architect and co-founder of Studio 4 plus arhitekti. Alongside his design work, he is also active in academia, teaching at the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Banja Luka. Studio 4 plus arhitekti delivers architecture with clarity, efficiency, and contextual resonance—balancing design creativity with functionality. Their projects include award- winning works like the House 4 (A+ energy-efficient family home built into a steep slope) and the AG Faculty Building at the University of Banja Luka. He has co-authored numerous scientific publications focusing on sustainable design principles, such as “Energy efficiency in university dormitories and green campus planning” and “Indoor air quality, building envelope performance, rainwater usage, urban lighting strategies, and compact urbanism”…

VELJKO ĆIRIĆ – Creative Technologist | Architect (RS)
Veljko Ćirić is an architect and creative technologist whose work explores the intersections of design, technology, and society. His research focuses on ways artificial intelligence can augment rather than replace human creativity, bridging analog design practices with digital tools. Through customized GPT models, he investigates practical applications of AI in the legislative and regulatory frameworks of construction and architecture in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ćirić’s lecture will present case studies and prototypes that open new perspectives for architects and policymakers in adapting to a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
